We unconditionally guarantee our garments against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase of your Corazzo product. If it has been more than one year, let us know what the problem is anyway and we will see what we can do. We want our customers to be happy. If you have crashed, and your jacket needs repairs, or if you have questions, let us know. We can help get you back on the road in your Corazzo for a reasonable price. And if you have any questions at all, please contact us.
In case of refund please email Susan on email@example.com for a return authorisation. Once approved, goods can be returned to the Sydney warehouse. Send directly to Corazzo Design International, 551 Pittwater Rd Brookvale 2100. A full refund will be issued in the same week of the items being received back into the warehouse. The refund issued will be for goods only and the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. For refunds not yet received please contact Susan on the email above.
Prior to returning Corazzo gear for exchange, email Susan on firstname.lastname@example.org Confirm with Susan we have the size and style you wish to exchange in the warehouse. Once the size/style is confirmed return all exchanges to Corazzo Design International 551 Pittwater Rd Brookvale NSW, 2100. Place a copy of the invoice in the return package with a short note requesting the new size. Size exchanges are generally shipped the same day as receiving them.
