Corazzo’s good friend Erik Larson, Director of technical service and Warranty at Piaggio’s new Tech center, was quoted in Dealer World Magazine saying “While many manufacturers choose to train technicians at technical colleges, we believe that nothing compares to getting the inside story about the latest Aprillia, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio or Vespa straight from the factory’s own technical experts.” Piaggio has officially opened their new national tech center in Costa Mesa, CA. The company’s testing and training operations will be done at the 12,000 sqft facility. The in house training for their dealers will, without a doubt, give Piaggio dealers quite an advantage in the customer and technical service arena. Bravo Erik, and bravo Piaggio for teaching us all a thing or two.
